Nickel&Dime is a personal finance tracking and portfolio management tool. The Service provides informational data aggregation and is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Some features require a paid Pro subscription billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (Coinbase, Stripe, yfinance, FRED, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, prices, or economic indicators displayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nickel&Dime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
